National Accounts Manager

  • Build the client base for a rapidly growing BCorp.
  • Lead a dynamic and high performing partnerships team.

FairGo Group is the buying alliance for the not-for-profit and community sector.  It is one of Australia’s newest BCorps (bcorporation.com.au) and aims to be one of Australia’s most sustainable organisations. The FairGo network of community organisations ranges from some of Australia’s largest charities to small grassroots community organisations.

We currently have a rewarding opportunity for a passionate Account Manager who is responsible for supporting and growing the FairGo Group network of not-for-profit and community organisations nationally.

This newly-created role has fantastic prospects to grow a portfolio and create genuine social, environmental and economic value for not-for-profit and community organisations.

About you:

  • Experiences relationship and business development professional
  • Energetic, professional and self-motivated.
  • Driven to succeed and passionate about great customer service and growth.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with clients of various sizes and a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • A commitment to sustainable and ethical business and a desire to build a better Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the partnerships team.
  • Scoping new opportunities to expand the not-for-profit network.
  • Ability to achieve weekly and monthly activity targets.
  • Networking, making daily connects/phone calls and building your contacts.

Regional Account Executive

  •  This role will be focused on organisations within regional Victoria.

This newly-created role has fantastic prospects to learn and grow, with ongoing support and mentoring from a collaborative team.

  • Managing existing members and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Managing inbound client enquiries.
  • Ability to achieve weekly and monthly activity targets.
  • Networking, making daily connects/phone calls and building your contacts.
